UK Shipping: We will endeavour to get your product to you with in 14 days of payment as I am a small oparation all orders will be receved within 30 days of payment. We are shipping to the uk only at pesenent We ship every week day, Monday to Friday. All Knives require age verification on delivery by law. Please see our Over 18 policy for more info.
Orders containing a knife will be shipped using Royal Mail and DPD 24 hour tracked and signed for with age verification on delivery.Orders that do not contain a knife will not have age verification.
At busy times (such as Christmas) or when extra strain is put on the postal network (such as Covid 19 outbreaks) delivery times can be extended. These delays are out of our hands. When your order is shipped you will recieve tracking information by email. All orders are shipped in plenty of bubblewrap and are fully insured to the point of receipt by you. We minimise waste by reusing bubblewrap we recieve stock in and we only buy compostable or recyclable packaging.

If you have a damaged or faulty order, please contact us to discuss exchange, repair or refund options.
If you receive your order and it is not what you expected then you may return it for a full refund within 14 days with no challenge from us provided it is unused and in exactly the condition in which you received it. We kindly request that, as per the Customer Contracts Regulations which govern online returns, the customer pays for the postage back to us, but contact us first so we know to expect it.
If your order is faulty you have 30 days to return it to us and we will provide a return label for you. Please contact us to arrange.
If your item develops a fault please contact us to discuss. We always do what we can to keep our customers happy, but due to the nature of knife usage, care and storage we need to understand circumstances and inspect the item to determine whether a replacement, repair or refund (in full or part) is available.
When you contact us, subject to the above, we will send you a pre-paid label and you will need to repackage your order safely (making sure the blade is protected and cannot break through the packaging) attach the label and take it to a Post Office.

Dear Customer
Thank you for choosing Zambezi Knife Works to produce your handcrafted knife. Below are a few simple instructions for the care of your high carbon steel knife.
1.Wipe the blade after every use.
2. Once your task has been completed wash the knife blade with dishwashing soap and hot water and whilst the blade is warm wipe dry.
3. With a paper towel wipe some olive/vegetable oil on the blade and store.Over time your knife blade with form a patina which is a extra layer of protection against rust and corrosion and is not something to be concerned about.
